Pay upfront for twelve months and you take 15–27% off by size, and up to 30% on a custom rate past 1,000 people — the half-yearly discount caps at 5%, and only from 100 users.

Before you start.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. For the first three months there are no user fees at all — no seat charges, no module limits, nothing metered. The only thing you pay is the one-time onboarding fee: ₹499 + GST for up to 50 users, ₹1,499 + GST above 50.
What happens after three months?
If you want to carry on, you pick a half-yearly or yearly plan and seats start billing from month four at ₹49 an Employee, ₹59 a Manager, ₹99 an HR and ₹199 an Admin, plus GST. If you don't, nothing further is charged and we'll help you export your data.
Is GST included?
No. Every price on this page is exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice, so it's fully creditable.
What's the minimum plan?
Five Employees, one Manager, one HR and one Admin — eight seats. From month four that's (5 × ₹49) + ₹59 + ₹99 + ₹199 = ₹602 a month + GST, before any volume discount.
What counts as a user?
Any person with an active login on your Starcore account at the start of the billing cycle, counted at their seat type. Deactivated accounts don't count, and read-only viewers of published announcements don't need a seat.
Can I add seats mid-cycle?
Yes. New seats are prorated to your renewal date and invoiced at your current band rate, so your renewal date never moves. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal — and if your headcount crosses into a better volume band, that rate applies automatically at renewal.
