Starcore is designed from the ground up for Indian companies: statutory compliance baked in, rupee-denominated pricing, and an AI assistant (AskCore) that understands the questions Indian employees actually ask.
One platform covers leave, attendance, payroll, announcements and the AI layer — so HR teams stop switching tabs and employees stop raising tickets for questions a policy document already answers.
